It’s easy to share your feedback and everything is entirely confidential. First, find your provider from our database. If they do not exist, contact them and ask them to add their details.  

Once you have found your provider, select the ‘Add Rating’ button to the right of the row. Then, complete the questions in the pop-up form. We’ll ask you a few questions to help better understand your experience and you have a space to add any comments that you feel are relevant.

We will ask you to provide your name and email address for our verification process. However, we do not share your details, your comments, or your responses. Your submission will form part of our anonymised report that will provide an overview of training and development services across the globe.

Once you have submitted your response, refresh your page and you’ll see that your results will have been added.

You can repeat this process and submit feedback for any provider that you have trained with.

By upgrading to a paid account, you will also have a full listing with direct contact details and links to your website. You can request and collate feedback responses directly, and have access to live data to help you shape your training services.
