    Our services are commissioned by agents and Landlords. It is the commissioner's responsibility to pay our fees to cover the services provided. 

  • What services are included?

    We provide a full suite of conflict support services including advice and guidance, early resolution, neutral support such as mediation, and decision-making services such as adjudication and Expert Determination.

  • Who are the professionals?

    The Housing Resolution Service works with qualified dispute resolution professionals such as lawyers, Conflict Coaches, Mediators, Arbitrator, and Experts. 


    Each of our professionals have undergone recognised training and are experienced in helping people resolve conflict. 

  • How much does the service cost?

    We charge agents and landlords a fee which is based on the time spent, and our special Housing Resolution Service hourly rate of £60 per hour. 

  • Is there a limit on the number of service we can request?

    There is no limit on the number of services that can be accessed. Our Housing Resolution Service team will explore your needs on a case-by-case basis and estimate the level and extent of support needed. 

  • Do you visit the property?

    Where it is deemed necessary, our team may visit your property. This is usually important where physical features need assessing such as boundaries and encroachments. 

  • I am a resident - how do I access the service?

    Residents are advised to speak to their agent or landlord to discuss support needs. We require commitment from each person in the dispute, and approval from the agent or landlord to proceed with any of our services.
