• Decision made for certainty: If you cannot agree the outcomes between yourselves, we will instruct one of our Expert Determiners (akin to an Arbitrator) to make a legally binding decision. The Award made by an Expert Determiner is recognised in the courts and is enforceable. These awards are rarely overturned by the courts and are an excellent and quick way to achieve a long-lasting resolution.
• Finality and moving forward: Once you have either a mutual agreement or Award, that's the end of the process. Enforceability is usually not an issue as parties tend to stick to their agreed terms, even where this has been made by the Expert Determiner.
