Lizanne Keenan is a workplace mediator at LK Mediation Services. in Wiltshire. She’s always been fascinated by people and holds a Masters in Coaching, NLP certification and is even a trained clinical hypnotherapist. She’s honest, open and an expert at putting you at ease quickly. But Lizanne’s not your usual mediator.

She didn’t start her career in HR or Legal. Instead, she was a management trainee at Waitrose. She spent 15 years working on Patisserie, Deli, Fresh Foods, Checkouts and office before finally transferring to Head Office HR. It gave her a great understanding of how teams and management work in reality and has been crucial for working effectively with a variety of clients.

A big believer that ‘people are people wherever they work’, Lizanne’s supported various industries in her HR career. In-house for IT security, digital management and automotive businesses. And her current client portfolio includes IT, care home providers, pet shops and pubs.
