RAP (Resolution Assistance Programme) is a support service for employees and co-workers to access advice and guidance to help them deal with conflict and grievances in the workplace. It is provided by experts in the field of dispute resolution and who have extensive HR and management experience.
We provide your workforce with remote advice about how to deal with conflict and issues in the workplace.
All our Resolution Advisors are CIPD qualified or Lawyers/HR professionals wil extensive experience and practice as Mediators and/or Conflict Coaches.
If your employer has registered with us, you can access advisory services to help you navigate resolving your workplace conflict.
Check whether they have registered by searching for your company in the drop down. If they are not listed, you can invite them to register and we can provide them with the credentials to get signed up. Standard registration is FREE and so there shouldn't be any reason to not sign up.

The RAP service is free for you to use. You can speak to one of our advisors about your workplace conflict and we will help you identify pathways and options to achieve resolution.
If you need intervention or formal support, this cost will need to be authorised and paid by your employer.
